Gorton’s Seafood.

Key performance indicators tracked by Gorton’s include on-time pickup performance,
on-time delivery performance, RAD, tender acceptance, accessorial timeliness, equipment
quality, seal compliance, EDI compliance and claims.
“As the nation’s largest mover of refrigerated intermodal shipments, we take pride in putting
a fleet of over 2,100 53-foot refrigerated trailers to good use, ensuring the integrity of our
customers’ perishable products from pickup through arrival,” said Ed Wright, VP of the

Notably, Alliance scored higher than not only other intermodal marketing companies but
also leading over-the-road refrigerated carriers on its way to earning the award for the
fourth year straight and five out of the past six years.
